When you use our Contact Us form, we collect your full name, contact number, email address, enquiry type and the message you send. We also record the date and time of your enquiry and a one-way hashed version of your IP address to protect the form against spam.

How we use your information

We use your information only to respond to your enquiry, for example to confirm availability, send a quote or follow up on a booking. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we store your information

Enquiries are delivered by email to our reservations inbox. Spam-protection records are kept only for a short time and contain no readable personal details.

Third-party services

This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, styles and scripts from the jsDelivr content network, and an embedded Google Map on the Contact Us page. These services may receive your IP address when your browser loads them.
